OUR YOUNGER YEARS PROGRAMME

Our Younger Years Programme is an opportunity for students to get an invaluable head start on a successful university application process.

As a foundation to our college advising service, the Younger Years Programme aims to build a student’s independence and agency alongside valuable skills that will prepare them for school, college, & beyond. Through personal and purposeful guidance and dedicated one-to-one support, the programme focuses on supporting students with academic engagement, executive functioning skills, extracurricular interests, and reflective & creative writing skills, laying the foundations for students to build their own meaningful educational path.

Over the past twenty years, we have seen that the more a student’s ideas are invited, respected, and developed early, the more authentically they will engage with their future, especially when it comes to the college application process. Our Younger Years Programme seamlessly integrates into our wider Advising model, providing students with the skills to approach their college application process with knowledge, agency, and confidence.

  • Organisation and time management skills ensure students can balance college applications alongside their academics.
  • A productive rhythm of engagement with advisors ensures students are prepared for additional future communication channels with teachers, advisors, tutors, professors, or admissions representatives.
  • Reflective writing skills enable students to practice expressing themselves, building the foundations for a strong college application narrative.
