Cory has two decades of experience as a teacher, advisor, admissions officer, and college counsellor, dedicated to helping students grow personally as they find their best-fit universities. Having attended international schools himself, he credits the transformative college counselling he received at the American School in London as the inspiration for his career. Cory studied at Washington University in St. Louis, where he later served as a Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also an admissions reader and live-in Graduate Associate. He has counselled students at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC, as well as at Taipei American School and Singapore American School, where he was also once a student.
