As a former Director of Recruitment and Talent at Emory University and Director of Enrollment and Community Enrichment at Georgia Institute of Technology, she led the review and decision-making process of over 100,000+ undergraduate candidates as an admission committee chair. At Emory University, she also shaped and managed the highly competitive scholarship selection process, awarding over £3.5 million in scholarships yearly. Throughout her decades-long career, she has presented to thousands worldwide on the college admissions process and has been featured in Forbes as well as the New York Times bestselling book “Who Gets in and Why”. She has served as a Trustee and as Alumna Board President for her alma mater, Agnes Scott College, and has consistently travelled across the globe to visit over 1,000+ schools, focused on seeking distinctive educational environments that shape the creative minds of students seeking higher education.
