Katya graduated cum laude from Mount Holyoke College (BA), King’s College London and Sotheby’s Institute of Art, having concentrated in International Relations, French, and Business in the Art Industry.

As a previous international student herself, Katya’s expertise in languages (Russian, English, French) meant she was Mount Holyoke’s language assistant for four years, teaching two levels of a language class and tutoring individual students. Katya was also chosen for the prestigious Fulbright Internship in Brussels, Belgium, where she was responsible for higher education advice and assistance for Belgian, Luxembourgish, and US citizens, as well as for the Fulbright Schuman programme. Over the past 5 years at Banyan, Katya has also organised countless events and receptions aimed at assisting students and their families with navigating the US and European education systems.
