As Director of Sixth Form at Wycombe Abbey, Neal led the higher education programme and supported students with applications to a range of highly selective institutions across the US and UK. Neal finds tremendous gratification in helping students to better understand themselves and to realise their full potential in the process of applying to university. Neal has a BA in Philosophy from University College London and an MPhil in Politics from the University of Oxford. He was then a Jane Eliza Procter Fellow at Princeton University, before pursuing a PhD in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge, spending a semester at MIT. Neal continues to supervise undergraduate philosophy students at the University of Cambridge, having also been involved in undergraduate admissions while a doctoral student. Neal contributes to a range of outreach activities as part of Princeton’s Alumni Schools Committee and continues to serve in a governance capacity for a number of schools in the UK.
